180Fit offers personal training that is custom to each individual's unique fitness goals and ability levels.  Our certified personal trainers have been interns for programs like Springfield College’s Exercise Science department.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your cardiovascular fitness levels, or learn how to work out properly, we’ve got the trainer for you. Our instructors are ready to help you on your fitness quest.


  • $25 for a 1/2 hour session.
  • $40 for a 1 hour session.
  • Gym use and classes are free during periods of personal training.
